I cannot believe we only have one more week left.  This trip has gone by so fast.  I thank God for opportunity to do his work here in Italy.  Everything has been going well.  Our readers have been showing us around amazing places in Italy.  Also,  our reading session are becoming more meaningful as our time here in Italy comes to an End.  I am going to miss my family here in Italy.

God is doing a great work!!!

I thank God for the awesome time we have had in Italy so far.  We are making impacts in people's lives.  Our relationships with our readers are growing stronger; we are starting to spend time with our readers out of our reading sessions.  We praise God for the great work he is doing in Paterno.

Week 2

We are done with week two.  We thank God for the relationships that we are building with our current readers.  They really enjoy the reading sessions and what we are reading about.  Also,  this week we had our first party.  It went well.  I believe everybody had a great time.  We praise God for the readers that we have and for the new readers to come.

Hey guys,

We have had two successful info meetings.  The church is very excited because we have more readers than last year.   Can't wait until next week when we  start reading and have our first party.  I thank God for the blessing he has bestowed upon us during this project.

Information on Paterno

I have not been updating my blog lately; however we leave in almost a week. So here is some information on Paterno, Italy.  The picture on the left is a garden on the slope of Mount Etna.  Paterno is actually on the southwestern foot of Mount Etna.  Doesn't it look so cool?  Also, Mount Etna is the most active volcano in Europe. It has history going back to the Greeks and Romans.  When I get there I will start taking pictures and post them on the blog.  Most importantly, we have been told that we already have ten readers signed up.  The majority of our readers will come from the  surrounding schools.
